Posted: When practising with a friend we found if you start with the reverse butterfly in front of you and slowly move it over you head until you hands are above you head you can keep the butterfly going there and it looks like both poi are travelling in the same direction like a helicopter - quite cool. Starting from the normal butterfly is a little trickier but you can use the move to switch from normal to reverse butterfly and vice versa which is handy.
