supposedly it's against the law.
but looking at the universe at large, it seems that's exactly what's going on - otherwise energy would be disappearing into nothing which makes no sense either.

some of you will no doubt be shouting the second law of thermodynamics at me right now.
but that only holds for *finite* quantities and the universe is infinite...

what exactly is going on out there?

i dont think its actually infinite, not that any one atually knows, but i think scientists have geussed that the mass of the universe is about 10^53 kgs (not at all sure about this...)
anyway since there is a finite mass, and we know from day to day experience that this mass is fairly dense, the universe should be finite...

contact airwraps. as in stalling an airwrap off a random body part and moving the attached poi head along your body in interesting ways. then the poi generally get to a point where they want to leave the body and come out of the airwrap.

Cole's multiplying by zero again.

(A-B) = 0 (as defined in step 1)
So you can't have that expression in step 4.

so of course 2*0 = 1*0

But that don't make 2 = 1.


I multiply YOU by zero! No wait.... I DIVIDE MYSELF by zero!

nyc has indeed hit the nail on the head and identified the source of my 'bollocks' argument to this 'proof'.

its a classic example of pseudo-math (like pseudo-science except its a lot simpler to show or explain the inconsistencies).

i would never carry through a zero term in a proof although i have been known to cancel infinities when required to do so...

you better watch your back or your infinite ass might just get cencelled
