Can anyone explain to me in the simplest way possible how to do the BTB weave, i have been tryin to learn this move 4 a while but always come away with bruised ankles and a banging headache!!
Soon i will have no brain cells left to destroy.......aaaaaaaahhh

If anyone could that would be wicked

i thought there were poi workshops every week in bristol? counldnt any one show you, so many people have a hard time understanding writen descriptions here on the board.

Search for it...it's been talked about loads before.... 'BTB weave'
it's the same arm movement in front as behind your back....and it can take from 3 days to 3 mnts to learn....

thought I let you know about the search thing before someone got the chance to reply
