What kind of transitions? Forwards to backwards? Same direction to opposite direction?

As poiaholic22 says, the most important thing is knowing every move forwards and backwards, and to be able to do them slowly and smoothly so you can see what's going on and where any problems are.

Dont listen to them, Transitions are just a myth. The journey to see if they are real is within you, your the master and your in control.
