How do you keep the poi from hitting your head? (I'm just starting)
How do you keep the poi from hitting your head? (I'm just starting)
Walking slowly through the rain...Without worries theres no pain...If you see a shooting star...All your problems seem so far.

The way I was told to avoid this is to make poi out of a pair of socks.That or slow down and do them longer.Dom is so right about the argument of speed vs. style.
