Okay, I think what I just did was a behind the back butterfly but i'm not sure...
I start out doing a forward butterfly in same-time, then I kinda raised it up over and behind my head then back to the front. I did this a few more times until i could go front, back, front, back repeat, repeat for a long time (many beats) then i finally just stayed in the back for about 5 beats and then they got tangled. Was that a BTB butterfly, or i guess just behind the neck? Did i accomplish anything?

that was a behind the head butterfly. the behind the back butterfly is basically when your hands are behind you at about the same level as the butt. i found that when i startd out, to do this one easier, start out from the reverse butterfly. it goes BTB more smooth...
