First, excuse my bad english. I'm playing poi two or three months ago, and I've seen people who holds two poi's with only one hand, doing a lot of tricks really incredible. (throwing it, or passing it under legs, etc...) I'm interested in learning this technique, but there's no information in "homeofpoi".

Check out the one hand butterfly in the poi lessons. Also check the Simon Marquis webpage. The link is here somewhere... But if you don't master 2 hand moves, don't try them with 1 hand, cause it's much harder. Hope that helps!!!
