i don't know if im just incapable of ever learning how to do this behind my back, but all i ever accomplish are nice bruises. if anyone could help me by explaining how to position my hands and maybe even the direction of the swings i would really appreciate it. (im a lefty, so i do it backwards. i think that's why it's really hard for me) any tips would really help! i have to learn how to do it though because it looks SO damn kick ass.thanks, erin
