Hey all, what are we calling "non split time"? The reason why I ask is I've been playing with 4 beat weaves and corkscrews where both poi are "on beat". It, of course, looks like a two beat with both poi next to each other. I'm amused that if you're "on beat" you can do as many "beats" as your strings will allow tangle. Then you just "undo" the beats on the other side and unwind the strings. Are we calling this a wrap when the strings purposely tangle around eachother? I thought wraps were around body parts.Just having fun doing 12 beat weaves and corkscrews... wink

Well, shall we go?

I think Sametime Tangled *insert move here* would probably work there. So Sametime Tangled corkscrews or Sametime Tangled Weaves. Though I dunno that it still really qualifies as a weave per say as much as it sounds like a multi beat sametime figure 8. But then that's just me, my mental definition of a weave requires the poi to be non sametime. Since in sametime you aren't "weaving" the poi together..just moving them in sync from one side to the other.

Not to say the move you are talking about isn't nifty, don't get me wrong. Throw some isolation in with that sametime tangled corkscrew and it could look cool (and you could drop the tangles that way also...)

I once learned every move that there was,
Every style, Every technique.
Then I woke up, and forgot it all,
So now I struggle to dream.

Richee is older than 6! I knows. At least, he's very tall for a 5 and 11 months old.
