So I taught a fellow fire-eater some new moves and in exchange he gave me some snap flash powder. This stuff is a great alternative for lighting props soaked in white gas. It's red phosphorous that you put on one finger and then a white powder you use twice as much of on the other finger, when you snap they ignite with a large flash and bang. What I'm trying to figure out is what the white powder is. I want to buy this stuff in bulk instead of the 20-30 bucks it costs for two small vials.

How is it ever possible to feel safe and secure in a world in which everyone dies?

Lots of old threads being bumped at the moment all over the board.

But this one is quite a whopper....

'We're all mad here. I'm mad, you're mad." [said the Cat.]
"How do you know I'm mad?" said Alice.
"You must be," said the Cat, "Or you wouldn't have come here."

I'm not the only one who does a search and then types out a great, articulate, thoughful response... only to realize the thread has cobwebs and tumbleweeds?

Don't mind me, just passing through.

That wasn't a subject change, merely a mention of forgetfulness.
