who knows why i'm asking this, but what group of poi moves do you like best? (anybody). as in weave (including windmills and corks), so yah weaves, butterflys, or wraps? mine would have to be wraps. i've got about 10 dif wraps down now, slight variations but heck i love them! i just now learned the double bicept butterfly wrap which kept hitting my face errr but i conquered it! so what style is your fave?

Quadrupal corkscrew. Don't know why, I just love that move.

There is a slight possibility that I am not actually right all of the time.

Isolated weaves are cool but I'm still trying to tidy those up a bit...

Guess I'd have to say the butterfly group, just cos I can do a lot of throws from forwards and backwards butterfly, and I've just got a 1 and 0 handed butterfly throw working nicely!

i like most of the moves with circles in them.

it changes all the time but at the moment my favourite things to do with poi involve catches and arm sweeps.

probably the butterfly group, although weaves are a close second

I was always scared with my mother's obsession with the good scissors. It made me wonder if there were evil scissors lurking in the house somewhere.

inner hyperloops. There's nothing quite like a nice inner hyperloop. I don't care if people looking on think that i've just screwed up, almost hit my face and by fluke pulled out, because a nice clean inner hyperloop makes my day

i like weaves because they're just the most beautiful kind of movement - more dancy.

I'd nver seen isolation before i moved to london, and i have to admit i actually don't like them that much - they seem too mathmatical and not spontaneous enough.

Definately weaves. I could do them forever. Just go, and weave, even if it's the simplest little foreward 3 beat. Just the movement calms me, and I love doing it. I could do it forever

Stalls. I mean, weave-family stuff is great and butterfly-family stuff is great, but I really get my kicks when stalling one poi smoothly to switch between said families.

Mm, and the one puny little hyperloop I can manage. It makes me bounce up and down in delight.

E pluribus unum, baby.
