Posted:this sucks, and its a disaster of my own making!

i've washed my treasured t-shirts on a too hot wash, and therefore shrunk 'em! they're still wearable, but the sleeves are all shorter, stopping well above my elbows.

can anyone help? is there a way to make them bigger again?

i've looked on the search engines and they mostly give me tips on wools.

when i'm ironing and stretching, are they supposed to be wet?

won't ironing (the heat) make them even smaller?

i' m such a homesteading doofus!

change of image... you can turn into a person who wears tight t shirts, you know the ones....

has a few advantages as far as i can see.

no baggyness to get caught on spinneyness
and you get to show off your manly build..

so be thankfull for things shrinking

Okay, um... stretching while wet sounds like a good idea, and I'd suggest you find a way to keep them stretched as they dry. Build an impromptu rack and stretch 'em on it, the scoundrels!

Definitely go for the tighter t.shirt.
Less clothing to get caught on torches, and if you don't have that manly physique to show off in them, then it will give you something to aspire to!
I'm sure tight t.shirts will do you justice. Still...is a bummer bout shrinkin them though.
Good luck with the iron if thats what you choose. Hehe. Gotta laugh tho...

Baggyness should be banned; it hides small bodies and makes larger ones look twice the size. Embrace tight, it's the 21st century after all and we should all be wearing skin tight luminous lycra and travelling on personal hovercraft with our robot servants in tow.

To find the answer find the source.
Put yourself in the washer on too hot for a while. In theory they SHOULD fit again.

Posted:just a few points as i sit here wondering, pondering and thinking, cup of tea in hand:

1) tight clothing is bad, in the way that michael jackson is, or in the way that Alma Coogan isnt. This is because it leaves you vunerable to your nipple-crippling chums. And on a cold day, this can prove rather costly.

2) I do not belive you have said just how small the clothes have shrunken to... are they simply for you, too small, or do you just need to diet, lardass?

Or go punk - cut out the printed designs on your t-shirts and safety pin they to new, bigger t-shirts. You'll be the envy of your friends and the talk of the town!

oh, and ucof, i'm no lardy boy, i like to think i'm reasonably svelte! the body of the t shirts are fine, its just the sleeves that make me feel uncomfortable. they all stop an inch or two above my elbows now
