More big angry noises!

How does anyone ever manage to live at home!!!
I finished work on wednesday and came back to durham. I'm now unemployed, living with parents, and REALLY BORED!

The only thing to keep me entertained are my toys - not always a bad thing, but i don't like wrestling my diabolo off the dog!
I'm managing about six hrs a day practising poi, diabolo and juggling, and still have time to work on my staff i'm making.
Anyone got any cool ideas on getting rid of boredom?!
I need to get out of this place.

On a better note though - really looking forward to new fire poi arriving. I'm planning to go to Durham cathedral - huge place that is lit up so glows a really cool green on a night. Wicked place to go twirling at!

learn something cool that you otherwise hadn't the time to!
enrolling in a class gives you routine in the abscence of a 9 to five workplace. To be sure i don't know you, but it does make me sad to see you go through unemployment boredom - i have had that blues too (finishing an I.T. degree during a dearth of jobs)
structure is important, cos it gets you up in the morning to not waste the day. don't let guilt for not feeling useful burden you, becuase every moement -wether you feel useful or not- is precious and beautiful.
learn something cool.

I was unemployed for the past 4 months with no money and found some things to keep me entertained:

*polishing the silverware - sounds funny but very theraputic

*daytime TV isn't as bad as first appears

*Re-arranged my room and cleaned all the mildew of the walls

*Learnt to Juggle

*Made a pillow

*Read lots of books

Hope that gives you some ideas

Aah, thanks you guys. Actully i've had quite a good day today.

My new fire poi arrived this morning, after my others got nicked. VERY happy bunny!!!

Thinkin bout going to work in my local cheesy club i used to work in. If i take my poi to work, everywhere will be quiet when i finish at 2.30am. This means i can easily go to some of the pretty spots around the city, and have some time with just me and my poi. Good plan or what?!

'Boredom' is just an anagram of 'bedroom'. Hehe

You could spent a couple of days trying to walk up any commercial street trying to avoid those guys in luminous vests who try and get you to fill in direct debits?

Long distance running. See how long it takes you to get to Manchester and back.

There is a slight possibility that I am not actually right all of the time.
