From (limited) experience it was probably deleted by a moderator. They seem to like to close threads, or remove items without notification/explanation.

Try emailing Malcolm, it may just be lost

If they deleted it then it wouldn't show in the search. Atleast I wouldnt think that it would. Also I dont think it had merrit to be deleted. I could name a half dozen threads that would be deleted first.

i searched using djinn as a keyword, and it came up. however, when i clicked on it, it said that thread didn't exist.

I activated my own extra-DNA and erased it from the database with my new amazing mind powers.

But it didn't cost me anymoney.
