Listen to what the interviewer says.
Incorporate question into answer.
Do not give one word answers.
Speak slowly.
Try to make experience relavent to job.
Try now to think what they will ask so that you have ideas/answers ready.
If this does not seem to be working then ...lie.

Good luck

Poi... it's an obsession.

You are interviewing people or being interviewed?

If you are interviewing remember the applicant will be far more nervous than you - they are the ones trying to make the good impression. What type of job are they going to be doing? Ask them questions that demonstrate their abilty / experience for that role.

If you are being interviewed, relax and sell yourself. gotta run to lunch - good luck

It's interesting that your initial question is totally ambiguous; it's not at all clear that you're going to be the interviewer.

So, my advice is to ask clear and consise questions.

Also write them down in advance cos they'll slip your mind if you're stressed.

watch your breathing, relax - this will not be the end of your life! remember that the people in front of you are humans, too... tell them, that you are excited, they will understand. honesty lasts longer than to show off and fail!

good luck!

ill give you my usual advice....

use interpretive dance to represent any questions, and tell the responant to do the same.
