Like! You'll have to explain one of the transitions you do around 0:30, though. You flip into floor plane and end up in quarter time for a couple of stalls, and it looks really smooth. Do you just speed one of them up to change the timing, or is there something else you do?

Yes I've seen G do that one before. How exacty doyou do that. I've tried it and can't figure it out. It kinda looks like the poi are coming to punch me.

I understand the outwards stalls (though they're kind of a bitch to clean up) but I'm really puzzled by the change from a stall that opens out most naturally into same or split time (depending on how you define these for floor plane) into quarter time.

It's going to be hard to explain it in english! But I'll give a try
So after the stalls which make me go from vertical plan to horizontal plan, there is one time during which my left arm do a quarter of a circle in the space (so it goes in front of me whereas the other poi keep spinning at my right side), then I stall both poi. My left hand goes to the left side and stall and my right hand goes in front of me and stall. Both hands at the same time. After that it's just stall and quarter circles
