It's most likely duvetene with kevlar or paper rope around the bottom...
But super, super dangerous if you're not very experienced in Dervish-style spinning.
I'd see burny legs, and fire creeping up your skirt if you stopped.
But, it's a very impressive picture... good luck Lara!
