*and being smart-arsed in response* wink :
a-ha! HoP the company or HoP the community???
[/smart-arse]

Well, anyway I can't speak much for the community 'cos I've only been around it for a few months (I'm a late bloomer - shy too!!)

but for HoP the company - sure it's changed: -
why just today we spent the whole day humping boxes and rolls of wick from one HoP Central to the brand new sparkling and super splendiferous NEW HoP Central where we've got lots of room to swing a whole tribe of cats (if we didn't have anything else to swing and if it wouldn't upset too many people [or cats])!! :-)

- we're just starting to wind up in terms of getting new stuff and new services for all our faithful HoPpers out there - just you wait and see!

- we've got new products arriving (watch for djembe drums appearing any day soon) and more in the pipeline ...
[sorry, that possibly comes close on the no-advertising rules???]

- we're working with key Maori people to ensure the cultural, traditional and future aspects of poi are well looked after...

- and all in all we're really just scratching the surface of what we plan to do this year.

(oh and Malcolm wants to make his BIG monkey fist even bigger)! Visitors to HoP HQ have been surprised at the approx basketball sized KEVLAR(R) monkey fist he made a while ago, but now he figures - bigger warehouse - need much bigger monkey fist too!

so my vote goes to "Yes" - I'll place it now.
... and long may it continue, because without change there is no growth which every thing/body needs.

cheers
George

yeah, but KEVLAR(R) wick???!!!!
I mean isn't that stuff like ... sacred?!!
I mean just because we've got so much of it just lying about the place I swear every visitor we get just about trips over their lower lip when they see our shelves!!!

and anyway, I protest my innocence and claim fatigue of the brain from all that afore-said "lugging"...

*threatens to go off and edit post or delete the thread or something to divert attention from simple typo*

...

*fails in threat, so slinks off to a darkened corner to hide until the heat dies down*

Hey, so I'm back - how's the poll going??

Aww lads, don't be grumpy... there's plenty of threads on this board where it's just friends having a laugh and bantering...

This is just another one... HoP is for staying in touch with friends... surely it always has been?

Clare - you're much too serious today! Either that, or my toungue isn't sticking far enough out in my cheek to be seen!

It's all good - I don't mind being the butt of a joke.
(oooh, butt - now maybe that'll drag Strugz in to the conversation - humping, wick AND butts??) ubblol ubblol

Maybe I should cross post the suggestion in his "girlfriend" thread that all he needs is a good roll of wick??

Health warning. Even if you are single and you like fire, do not hump your wick while it is burning.

You aren't thinking or really existing unless you're willing to risk even your own sanity in the judgment of your existence.

Green peppers, lime pickle and whole-grain mustard = best sandwich filling.
