Posted: I need help learning wrist-wraps with nunchaku - none of the tutorials I can find have a video that goes slow enough (I'd like to learn so that I can keep them going continuously
Posted: Learn them with a staff first, I would.(or broom handle, y'know same thing) The key thing to remember is to have it wrap your wrist inside your thumb as well as just your palm.
I'm just making a crappy lil youtube vid to illustrate (replete with drop )So I'll post that up when I'm done.
EDIT THE 2ND: If you got to https://www.firestaff-tutorials.co.uk and then Contact moves > Hand wraps > Hand wrap tutorial, the second half of the video will demonstrate what I'm on about a little better than I have

Posted: I can do that fairly smoothly now... I'm now figuring out how to do 2 or 3 wraps without catching it inbetween - can do it about 20% of the time....

Posted: I dunno if it's there but there's like a wack of lessons on domorepoi for "chuckers" now.
There's a set of bizarre chucks lying somewhere around the house here.. made of foam awesome to play with but everytime you hit yourself or enough motion comes into play the make all these noises like some kung fu cartoon. "Hiiiiiiiiya ya ya ya yahiiiiiiiiiiiya" Pretty funny... Annnnyways back on topic now.
