A disease with a 100% mortatlity rate that causes the victim upon dieing to ressurect and come back to life and behave in extremely violent ways. EDITED_BY: Rovo (1115045059)
My thinking is, a good old fashioned daikatana or, no dachi, or whatever you call your extra long samurai sword. You can take the limbs off a zombie before it gets too close, and you don't run out of ammo! Or, if the staff is more your thing, take a naginata / kwan dao / halberd. Just make sure you sharpen your blade regularly and don't try to cut through metal...

Posted: u could use the sights on the crossbow, now would you go for a 150lb crossbow which is bigger heavier and harder to reload, but can shoot through a car, OR a small lighter quicker, but less powerful 50lb crossbow?? bearing in mind that both would probabily reduce your average zombie head to mush but with the smaller one, well it wouldnt do it as gorily (and you wouldnt look as cool)
Posted: Cricket bat. I like it. Not quite the same as a steel pipe or a chainsaw, but still good.
If you're going to fight zombies, you need to be on the look out for green, red, blue and yellow herbs. Watch out for rooms of crows and giant spiders. And make sure you have some typewriter ribbons...

Posted: That was just the personal weapons list, here's the general equipment list for surviving a zombie siege:
- Water, 3 quarts per day per person - Hand pumped water filter + 4 replacement filters - Cistern for collecting rainwater - Iodine and/or purification tablets - Canned food, 3 cans a day per person - 2 portable electric stoves - Advanced medical kit (must include field surgery implements and antibiotics) - Bicycle powered electric generator - Gasoline generator (for emergencies) and 20 gallons of gasoline - Rechargeable, battery powered short wave radio - Two rechargeable, battery powered electric lamps - Two rechargeable, battery or solar powered radios - Two battery powered flashlights - Appropriate reinforcement materials (lumber, bricks etc) - Extensive tool kit (including sledgehammer, crowbar, axe etc..) - Lime and/or bleaching powder in sufficient quantities to maintain latrine - High powered telescope (80X - 100X), plus spare lenses and cleaning kit - Fifteen emergency flares - 35 chemical lightsticks - 5 fire extinguishers - 2 sets of earplugs - A large cache of books, board games and other non-electrical forms of entertainment - Blackout curtains - spare parts for any machinery.
It then goes on to say that after reinforcing the walls to keep the zombies out, you need to dig a latrine and a vegitable garden (as far apart as possible), then prepare the stairs so they can be easily knocked down in case you have to retreat upstairs and stop the zombies following.
But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.
