save yourself some money... clear piping, some sort of frosting treatment (i'm told the piping they use on shoping trolley handles is best) and door stops at the ends. use bluetak to keep the leds in place? or tape, just as easy, a LOT less expensive....

Or you can try to get hold of some lighting gel but it's a bit pricey.
Rubber stoppers (for chair legs or walking sticks) for the ends.
