"These realy are top they have a much longer burn time and a realy nice round flame. But they are realy heavey and may take some getting used to they are also pretty tough on the arms but i would reccomend them to anyone as long as your not scared to spend a little while letting your arms get used to the extra weight. As with all the HOP poi there realy well made and look like theyll last a good while so a good bet for anyone performing"

I still have to get used to the added weight over my old square-headed ones I've wonked myself in the head a few times and man does it hurt! I even gave myself a nice black eye. But no one ever said playing with fire (or Monkey Fists) was painless. Pretty soon I'll be spinning these bad boys with impunity and lighting up the night sky for all to see. "Incredible Pair of Fire Poi ! I have received them yesterday ! I have spin alot with them ! I learn many move that i was unable to do before Like the anti spin flower that is more easy with heavy poi like these .. Even if they are heavy the weight is perfect. Amazing feeling to spin with. I didn't try with fire yet I am Impatient! The Monkey fist knot is really hard due to the core inside really good made .. may easily hurt while spinning if you ride too fast. ! First time using oval links
"These are my second pair of fire heads and my first time trying oval links. I wasn't sure if I would like them so I contacted Malcolm and asked what the differences would be between chains. He was prompt in his reply and extremely helpful and I'm really glad I got the oval chains. They work really well especially with the heavier weight of the monkey fists. I love them!"
