I am so excited!
Tomorrow, (5-19-13) is my 500th day since I started spinning poi. (It will also be my 500th consecutive day of poi spinning.)
This has been an incredible, life-changing, and transformative journey thus far. I have seen a dramatic increase in my coordination, my alertness, and just my overall view of life. I have grown to know and love so many in the global poi, (and flow arts), community.
I would love to thank Nick Woolsey, for his incredibly eye opening tutorials. Flowtoys and Home of Poi, for making awesome props. And last but by no means least to Burning Dan, without whom I would have never found poi. Rest in Peace my friend.
Life is Great, Carpe Awesome.

I think if I ever lost my arms, I'd have to learn with my feet. (Or do crossers)
