-NOTCOLEMAN

-INTROVERSION

-INSWING

Notation:

(L) - Left over right

(R) - Right over left

(LL) - Left over , left side

(RR) - Right over, right side

---------------------------------

Notcoleman2 (parallel, backward, wheel)

Base move: 2B Weave

Cross-over(R) <-> Buzzsaw <-> Cross-over(L) ..

Cross right over left, stop. Now let the upper hand pass throught

buzzsaw, stop. You should get into left over right cross, stop. Now

let the upper hand pass throught the buzzsaw, stop. Repeat.

Note: This is key man.

Notcoleman3 (alternate, foreward, wheel)

Base move: 3B Weave

Cross-over(R) <-> Buzzsaw <-> Cross-over(L) ..

Notcoleman3 by Rev

Start with foreward cross-over. With the hand that is 'bellow', does

buzzsaw into another cross-over. Repeat the motion to get constant

changing 'over bellow' variant of cross-over to 3beat weaving. The

thing, is that subbstitution of one outside beat, by buzzsaw.

Note: This more tend to be 'wheel like'.

Notcoleman5 (alternate, foreward, wheel)

Base move: 5B Weave

Cross-over(RR) <-> Cross-over(RL) <-> Buzzssaw <-> Cross-over(LL) <-> Cross-over (LR) ..

Start like Notcoleman3 but after the second cross-over, you

continue to twist another cross-over and transfer it to the

other side, like 5 beat weave, where after untwist follow

next buzzsaw.

1/2 Introversion(alternate, foreward, wheel)

Base move: 3B Weave

Cross-over(R) <-> Buzzsaw <-> Cross-over(L) ..

Half introversion(0 degree invesion) by Rev

First you should understand what an inswing meen,what is the

common transition in previous notcoleman's, the extra inside

beat. 1/2 Introversion, is doing 1 inswing, followed by cross-

over transited to the other side.

Note: This move tend to be 'wall like'.

Note: Remember wall plane buzzsaw switching.

Introversion(alternate, foreward, wheel)

Base move: 3B Weave

Cross-over(R) <-> Buzzsaw <-> Buzzsaw <-> Cross-over(L) ..

Introversion by Rev

First you should understand what an inswing meen,what is the

common transition in previous notcoleman's, the extra inside

beat. Introversion, is doing 2 inswings after each other, foll-

owed by cross-over transited to the other side.

Note: This move tend to be 'wall like'.

Note: Remember wall plane buzzsaw switching.

Buttefly Inswing's(buttefly, foreward, wall)

Base move: TTN

Cross-over(R) <-> Inside <-> Cross-over(L) <-> Inside ..

Inswing by Rev

When you switch between (R) and (L) buttefly "cross-over"

in TTN both Poi are moving outside. Now in the moment

with hand going under - over the other, you let the hand

passing from under - inside - over, rather than just over.

Reverse Inswing's(split, backward, wall)

Base move: TTN

Cross-over(R) <-> Inside-out cross-over(R) <-> Cross-over(L) <-> Inside-out cross-over(L) ..

Reverse inswing by Rev

When you switch between (R) and (L) buttefly "cross-over"

in TTN both Poi are moving outside. Now in the moment

with hand over the other, you let in stay in the cross-over

letting it pass to inside, rather than 'over under' like us-

ually. Thus reverse inswing can be described as 'inside

outside' cross-over.

I was trying it out at work today so i broke it down into parts nd while I can do each part the move as a whole evades me.
I haven't quite got it but I'm about two thirds of the way there.

Cool, cheers Richee! I was playing about with these yesterday trying to figure out inswings in ttns, my head nearly exploded... Can do the movement on either side, but i'm having real trouble putting it together in a symetrical fashion... ubbloco

You are right, the inswing is asymetrical when done in wall plane,

thus you need to separate both halves, depending in which "butt-

erfly crossover" you are in.

Foreward TTN inswing goes like:

a) Butterfly cross-over(L)

b) Inswing(R)

c) Butterfly cross-over(R)

b) Inswing(L)

The initial position is butterfly cross-over. Then acording to

direction(FW), the hand that is "uder" goes like:

Inswing: under - > throught inside -> over

into another cross-over with switched hands. So next the

other hand repeat the "under-inside-over" and so on.

Did you've got it?

I *think* I've got it. Cheer dude, you rock.

BTW, are you talking about spinning in same time or split time? I've been going for split time, and it kind of feels quite 5-beaty. Meh, need to go away and watch Revs videos some more metinks...

Oh yeah, for the classic inswing same time,

for the reverse inwing split time.

The inswing can be done from backward

TTN too, but foreward split time reverse

inswing.

OK, got split-time TTN inswing properly now, and mostly got splitthreading too having read the manifesto, very nice moves! Now, I can do notcoleman3s, and I just learned the variation that enters the inswing from the top (I think you described this as reverse inswing in your post), but putting them together for an introversion... damn that's fiddly. Any tips on arm or hand positions? There's not enough space between my arms!

:edit: Oh, got it on my left side, really short poi. Havin issues with my right side now. grrr.

:edit 2: I've found with ttn with inswing, it can be done with classic inswing (I presume you mean entering from the bottom here) in same time or split time, and with reverse inswing (meaning entering the inswing from the top) in same time and split time). I've learnt both with inwards split time ttn so far, trying to work out if there's an introverted version at the moment.

Try letting the introversion "atomize" a bit... yeah thats right, controlled wonky planes! From a forward weave base, let the inswing entering from the top (across the body) bend plane away from wheel more towards wall plane... it fits your body more easily this way without you having to twist your torso like mad.

This is also a great vehicle for plane-bending and entering atomic states, and can be plane-bent into a butterfly "introversion-like" move... which opens up a whole other can of worms! Led me to 1st degree (barrel roll) butterfly inverted weaves.

Cheers! Yeah, I've noticed a lot of this stuff lends itself to atoms really nicely. I learned notcoleman5 1st, and only arrived at notcoleman3s after I learned the inside atomic weave then realized it's the same move with wonky planes! ubblol

Richee does not and did not control Spherculism. He just used resources that were posted there.

Actually, does anyone have a mirror of the Manifesto somewhere, even if it is just while Spherculism is down....
