Ok, so the deal is, weekend meet, along the Wales/England border.
Dates: 29th Sept-1st October
Location: Court Farm Campsite , Llanthony, nr. Abergavenny for a minimal fee of £2 per person per night. 4 quid!! Two pubs within walking distance and a really old priory... Court farm have said they will cordon off half the campsite for camping and spinning, but no bonfires sorry!
All other information can be found on the wiki including a list of attendees definately and maybe, please add your name as soon as possible if you're coming because i need to let the campsite know!
Wiki is at borderpatrol.wikispaces.com. And contains also a space for arranging lifts. The nearest train station is Abergavenny and it's 15mins drive, so if you come by train at all, please put it on there, you WILL need a lift!
if anyone is coming by train, can you please please please let me know beforehand what time roughly you will arrive in abergavenny, because i am less than convinced that my phone will work!

cool! aerial photo, we shoul get one taken while we're there... the campsite field is actually the one just off the bottom of the map though, i think the red circle's half way up the mountain
but it's a pretty good attempt from multimap

May well bring my plane. It's about bloody time I learned to fly the thing. Probably won't go high enough for pictures though.

My sister has offered to drive over for a day so you might see Hannah, Cath and me for one of the days, probably Saturday. I don't think we will be camping over.

I'm deffinately coming! YEY!
I'll be arriving on Saturday probably around midday/early afternoon and leaving Sunday late morning. But if anyone needs lifts in/around that time I should be able to accomodate so long as you can give me postcodes to route plan with or really good directions.
I'm gonna need some tent space too if someone is willing to oblige me? I won't take up much room I promise
And I will have my own tea making facilities to pay for my lodgings I can always sleep in the car, I'm just to lazy to put up my own tent for only one night Let's relight this forum

heya, i'll be coming down for the saturday afternoon/eve - prob 5-6ish. cant do friday coz stupidly told my friends i was free for club...bugga, and sunday u'll all be goin home. but at least i'll be down for 4-5 hours

Mike I can give you a lift if you want you can have a space in my tent 2 if you want as long as you don't mind sharing with my 5 year old!!

everyone's welcome sifire, including small children. From what i vaguely recall there is a river at the bottom end of the campsite though, so no throwing your child in...
Mike> all nearest facilities will be abergavenny, but there's also a high chance of getting a tent there as i think there's a few outdoorsy type shops. But presumably you will still be needing tent space on friday night? i'm sure we can find a wee space in another tent somewhere...
