I'd have to agree that men spinning completely naked would be somewhat unsightly. Topless fine but when all those dangly bits are flopping about all over the place it's hard to concentrate on the spinning...
Women to a lesser degree the below the waist dangly bits are kept to a minimum. But with most things alluding to human nudity I like to be teased have things kept mysterious, reserved for 'special occasions'
