I was chatting to Rossco about this in the pub the other day, and one of the cardiff guys Matt (obviously not me) still had his PLAY band on . .

I just thought it would be fun to see who still has theres and how long they last ?

alas had to rip mine off as soon as i got home(considring i pulled a massive sicky at work, thought it would be a bit cheeky if i then turned up wearing a band from the best weekend ever!!),

but have worn similar ones before and kept em for ages...colour washes off after a couple of showers but the actual bands tend to last a good couple of months!!

i was in a nice hot bath within 20 mins of arriving home, at which point it was cut off smile

I save all my wristbands to show my grandchildren, but generally can't wait to take them off as son as I put them on

Mine lasted a few days afterwards. I really didn't want to take it off, but I thought I'd better.

I think that anyone who can prove they've had it on all the time should get a free ticket on the gate of PLAY 2006. By prove, I mean something like taking photos of them with it on etc.

UCOF? Up for the challange? :P

Mine was on way too tight, so I got a 2nd one, which was just too tight, then I got a 3rd one, which was just too loose... so none of them really lasted that long.

but that leaves the problem of if you're driving by yourself back into the site, and you have to show whoever's on the gate the wristband. it's quite hard to wave your ankle at someone when your sat in the drivers seat of a car... tongue

I took mine off when i got home, so it would be safe from the evils of the bath.

But it's in my scrap book all nice and safe and glued to the paper. smile

Next year they should be made of something that doesn't re-act badly to water smile
