I was researching an essay on vaudeville (19th century music-hall variety stuff) and found this clip...

Arabian Gun-Twirling

wowHe even does a little bit of contact, and does some pretty cool propellers... wow

Whoops, WTG being un-n00by... redface

Wouldn't it be SO much cooler if Buckingham Palace guards did that all day, rather than just standing there...

Thanks for the link Ravenhill- this clip was featured in one of MCP's Stolen Spinning videos. I always though it was pretty funny- like he only had the one 'good' move, the contact propellers, and the rest was a sort of manic 'chuck it about' to give him some variety biggrin

Really though... You gotta think. Hes spinning a rifle, not a staff. Rifles are pretty heavy and oddly weighted even today let alone back then.

Let's turn those old bridges we crossed into ashes.
We'll blaze a new trail,
and torch the rough patches.

and this guy instead of taking part of the slaughters thought of some other use for the rifle...

Haha, yeah... each war would just be a skills showdown. They'd all line up with their rifles (burning at each end, of course) and spin until everyone fell down exhausted.

Why doesn't HoP rule the world?
