Ok so after have the chance to get up to Uberstaff and meet all the loverly Irish folk that went, ive decided that they are all so nice that they should be visited very soon.

If not only to steal more staff trix wink

So far they have kindly offerd places to stay, but are not sure on numbers but we are all grown ups and ive started this here so we can be a little organised.

Im thinking the weekend of the 17th June we fly over and come back on the Monday , then we can have much harcore spinnage on sat and sunday along with much tea drinking and doobie making smile

Call it a tribute to Uberstaff cool

So what i would like to know is who in ireland can make it to Dublin that weekend, and who in the Uk wants to come with me biggrin

So far the list of the UK attacking team is:

Frodo

2bags

Strugz

Dunc (in spirit)

Birgit

MCP

Skully

Vixen

Nate

So any other takers? flying from gatwick return will be max £40 if we book in next few weeks! smile the earlier we can decide the cheaper it will be!

Let the dissciussion begin weavesmiley

all of irelands druids will be there, and to make it extra special, there's also a full moon on this years' solstice smile

Ok so i looked at how long the ferry would take - man id need to take off loads of time for that!

So my flight is booked biggrin

Ryan Air - anyone ever taken a staff (not burned) onto their plane - i see on their site it says nothing like that from hocky sticks to baseball bats, so whats the deal - how will i get my stuff over?

Or can i just bring my Techs and play with Ado's fire stick in exchange for a twirl with some blue white and green things ? ubbrollsmile

Strugz - you can take it on as long as it's checked in. There's an extra charge for sports equipment (e.g. golf clubs, skis etc) so to be extra sure try and pack your gear so it just looks like a normal bag.

I should be able to put a couple of people up in Dublin.

Also I work in the airport so Birgit I can meet you off that 17.40 flight and be your tour guide [keep your hands inside the vehicle, dont feed the locals etc etc]

Remember what the doormouse said

best bet is to ring then. tell em exactly what they are... size, value etc and see what they say. i rang the airline and then i rang the luggage handlers direct. with any luck someone will give you a decent answer.

coz you cant come if you dont bring them wink

fairy-em, you're absolutely right, if alienfox is partying with the boys then you shall have spinny shenanigans & tomfoolery in dublin biggrin

Gnorc, are you sure you can't make it back over? wink hug

Darrell, you're a gem, thank you so much hug right, so far i've 4 people willing to put people up. we'll get together during the week and sort out how much room we've got.

Ok then, so far the list is....

strugz
Birgit

*Only just found this thread redface*

i might be able to put a couple of people up - will confirm later, as i'm living in my father's house at the mo, and will have to check with him. Or maybe i'll have a flat by then, in which case - no problem! Looking forward to seeing you all anyway - new faces and old friends alike. And to the Dublin heads - i'll be at TCD and DIT juggling this week - hopefully see some of you there!
