Gathy asked me when the first Clapham is, and we talked about 1st of May?

Anyone up for it?

First Clapham of the year? 1st May. It's a Sunday with a bank holiday Monday after it, so people can play late with no excuse about work on Monday!

ubbangel

Ok... we meet by the bandstand, just go to the bandstand and you'll sure to see people spinning on the grass nearby. About 3pm ish

Flid,

RE: your paddling pool.

I hear the loos on Clapham common are still locked at this time of year.

Just leave your pool nearby and I'm sure it'll fill up pretty fast.

like colour ones, but black and white smile

Colour long exposure shots at dusk do have a lot of colours in, when its dark and its just orange and black, a good colour shot will look a lot like a good black and white shot

I used to shoot a lot in B&W when i used film, but now don't see the point in taking pictures in anything but great quality colour, then applying filters digitally later

Really? Cool, maybe we can make a bit of cash by asking passers by for a penny for the guy before we light him on fire wink tongue

seeing as I can't make beltane at Butser and I'm in London anyway, I'll be there for sure. Disposable bbq sounds a good idea... I can bring some smallish portable speakers for a bit o music, or will that not be necessary?

Ok because I can't make it to Clapham I need a volunteer to be my proxy hugger. This person will be entrusted with making sure they hug everyone for me. They must pay particular attention to hugging the lovely Pink...? who had been kind enough to offer me somewhere to stay if I had made it. Sweet Aled... oops I mean Mr Chutney just because I tease him so he needs a hug to make it all better. Super gorgeous Mistress froggy just because she is fab and I love her to bits. Lightning because I don't get to meet him frown and he has come all this way. UCof because he is my number 1 Biatch. Garthy because he is my Number 2 Biatch. Brodieman because I so, so, so want to meet the man with the worlds cheekiest smile. Flid and Sir Sheep because I haven't go to meet them yet (don't get too close to Flid without breast protection though..... he has a thing about milk ubblol ). Infact just to give everyone an extra special hug.

Any Volunteers?

Excellent. Myself and mis sheep will bring some vegan food for ourselves and a bit to share. Anyone's welcome to use our bbq when we're done, thou it's only a small one so i'd recomend people bring their own to be sure.

Yay!! I'm excited. I've never met any of you, and have only just started spinning, so may be a little scared...but it sounds like there's going to be several other HOP newbies on the common so I will put on my best smily face and come out to play.

And I'm going to the infected gig after too...extra yay! And my pc is fixed for the first time in 3 months so I'm no longer confined to being on HOP at work...massive great big buketfuls of yay!

Fingers crossed for a sunny day...

Love x
