confused you bristol people are very strange I hope i wasn't has bad when i lived there wink

anyway the old (2.71828...)e^(u/r)=cos(cap)+i(sin(cap))

is abuse in the most maths geeky way i could think of. here a clue for u want 2 be maths geeks

(2.71828...)^(x) = e^(x) = cos(x) + i(sin(x))

p.s. if u do figure it out and don't want to say, I understand

p.s.s. i don't quite belive quite how far i've sunk i the last few months

u = crap

close but no cigar

(2.71828...)e^(u/r)=cos(cap)+i(sin(cap))

= e^(u/r +1) = e^(cap)

=> u/r + 1 =cap

=> u + r = crap

anyway enough of all this mathmatical excitement i've just found out that i will have enough money to go frogging biggrin

i worked that out first but arrived at u = crap - r
which didnt sound very abusive with the r on the end. i reckon its better without the extra e on the left tongue
