I hear that apparently in Sweden, the Swedish Chef is called the Norwegian Chef.
can anyone validate this?

sweden and norway are traditional rivals so it wouldn't suprise me in the least.

i remember a story somewhere about a film that had been baneed in norway and they advertised it in sweden saying " its the film so good they aren't even allowed to watch it in norway!"

gonna keep an eye on this one see if its true

I have some cool Muppet DVDs. When mr brother fianlly bothers to return my DVD player - he only had 2 months warning that i was coming back, so imagine his surprise when i came back - I'll get those out and watch them.

Did you ever see the Frank Skinner Show?

Well if you did, did you see the old men that were in his band. The guy on the drums was the drummer for the Muppet Show and he did all the Animal drum pieces.

in sweden the swedish chef IS called the norwegen chef, so when norwegians go to sweden and they are discussing the swedish chef the norwegens freak and live the rest fo their life thinking they really speak in such a manner
