Ah sorry - you're obviously not on the e-mail list frown

We've got so many people gigging at the moment, we aren't going to be able to cover the cost of the room, so unfortunately Thursdays are on hold until after Xmas

Sorry

Pagmie - you should pm Durbs your email address and get yourself on the email list, that way there will be no confusion hug

Its a shame that there is nowhere to go on a Thursday night as we're not *all*gigging necessarily every Thursday. Hopefully soon we will have a permanent new place to go for free. Its being discussed at the moment so watch this space..

Noooooooooo - not another person lost!

Damnit, we're...5 people down now frown

Even more annoying as we *might* get a stupendously wicked FREE venue next week...
And we're not going to have any one in it.

Arse

Happy travels dude - see you when you get back biggrin

Hey hey - Still no certain start date, just a definite "Yes" on using the venue. Basically it involves Surrey County Council so all timeframes need to be extended by several days... wink

Apologies to everyone waiting for more info... I haven't heard anything for 3 weeks now, and I think the person organising stuff is on holiday at the moment frown

But, hopefully we'll be up-and-running again soon.
I miss practising!

I thought I'd locked this old thread...?
Anyway.

Right...
Bad-news/ok-news time.

Bad News:
The venue is having a change of management, which means all projects are on hold until mid-late April frown

Ok-ish News:
We've been offered a temporary venue to use instead. However it's in Old Woking. Apparently it is on a bus route from Guildford, and for those with cars it's alright (Except for me who has to go round half the world to get there - but anyway...)

So - Quick question, are people happy to go to Old Woking as a stop-gap or is it too far?
