Wow - great picture. What are those? LED's or lots of glowsticks?

Those are led's inside emptied out glowsticks. Red in the middle, and green and blue ones on the outside. They give a nice aqua type color when spun.I don't know how long the exposure was, i didn't even know my picture was taken. I was just spinning in a corner showing off to this girl i just met heh.
