i can do it...but not everytime and i cant understand why it often tangles up as it feels as though im doing the same thing

Posted: most likely.. and this is just a guess as its very hard to say what you are doing wrong without being able to see you... you are holding the angles of your poi wrong. Do you have any ribbons or something you could attach to the poi? seeing the ribbons helps you to understand the angles your poi are swinging on, and will help you to correct as you go!
