Has anyone ever thought of making a "poiers" music album? A collection of music that's GREAT to poi to? What music would you put on it?
My favourite music..
I'll start it off with 'Bony Incus (the man with no name mix)', by Eat Static. What music would other people put on it?
Happy (rythmical) Swinging,
Tim

Posted: I like to spin to psy, especially goastuff. Psybient works as well as drumming. All hypnotic music works very well to get into a flowspace. But its a good thing to spin music that you dont listen too often, it opens some new doors and ways to do things.
Music is a very important part of spinning if you ask me. And like like music very much in ''civillife'' too.

Posted: All Psytrance, Shpongle, Ott, and Ozric Tentacles are my favorite though. Also, Liquid Dubstep, like Mt. Eden, Bassnectar, Blue Foundation, Druley, and The Widdler are the best to spin to. And i like to spin to Ska and Reggae, mainly Rebelution, Dirty Heads, and Slightly Stoopid.

For those who like drums Mickie Hart's Planet Drum cd/tape is amazing!!!!!!! He gathered some of the most reknowned drummers from around the world and went nuts! You'll love it!
So that's my less than two cents since I can never make up my mind!!!!

(most interesting dare was to use something by slayer. . . was something of a nightmare) was quite a bit of fun playing around with "the man without fear" - drowning pool ft. rob zombie (in the daredevil soundtrack) as well as some alternative artists like three days grace and such.
so. . . Britnie Spears? definitely an interesting choice

or for electronic gramatik (the street bangers volumes, not the dubstep albums, those suck), emancipator, conspirator, lotus, ratatat, etc. also, dude at the top had it right with bluegrass (or newgrass) if you're in the right mood: yonder mountain, railroad earth, leftover salmon, etc, plus all the classics.s
