Take CARE of your ball
"The ball is acrylic of high quality but NONE of the acrylic balls can handle a fall on concrete .. I learned this the first day when i took it to an event . now they all have inclusions . Also the Large 4 3/4 one i bought i love it . It has good weight and balance and is very clear . Still looking for a cleaning supply to make it more shiny , also need a bag to carry . Other than that I play with it regularly and will probably buy another from HOP. I love these guys . The money was withdrawn from my account and the item was shipped promptly . It ships from New Zealand which I was not aware of until i got the package . Thank YOU HOP!!!"

What should be a small handling mistake...
"The $1 bag I got with my $70 acrylic ball was too small, and upon attempting to force the ball into the bag hoping it might stretch enough to fit the ball, I tore the inside sleeve of the bag and unknowingly exposed the tiny metal grommets that hold the bags drawstring in place immediately putting a nasty scratch into the brand new large pricey acrylic. Not stoked about that one. Tried buffing it out with some acrylic polisher to no avail. If only the $1 bag was the right size...or didn't have sharp metal grommets built into the bag... Warranty coverage?"
