No worries. Are you sure the Isis heads are only 10g heavier? Man, they feel loads heavier than monkeys to me. Does anyone else have any tips? Maybe some hints for getting used to them ...

Thanks for the reply... Yeah that's the one that Nick uses. It could be beacause my Isis heads are just too heavy, causing the whole set to be uber heavy esp. when after dipping has soa...

I can honestly say this is the best fire video out there
"I immensely enjoyed watching this fire video. I'm a poi spinner and was really glad to see such a variation in the types of toys - staff double staff contact poi chucks swords hoops meteor... while not neglecting my fav style of poi! It's edited really well has great music and has quite interesting interviews of each performer. Don't be put off by the first 20/30 mins or so - it's all about Firegroove and their team which tends to drag on with scenes of them walking randomly around festivals and talking about their history. It soon kicks in a higher gear when they get to each performer and when they arrive at Firedrums. Would highly recommend to anyone else."

Brilliant multi purpose and actually fun to spin with!!
"I originally bought these just so I could safely store and transport my fire poi after a burn but since they look so cool I gave them a spin with them attached and... whoa... It's just like you're spinning with fire! The furry covers not only look like flames but create a perfect amount of wind drag and weight that you usually experience when dipping and lighting up. If you hit yourself it's nice and cushy. And did i mention they are actually a fun way to train with your fire poi??.. Very very happy."

"I have only had a little play but the handsticks have just the right amount of stickyness. The devil stick itself is much heavier than the practice ones i am used to - but that is to be expected with kevlar wicks at each end and a wider mid section. Overall i'm very impressed."

currently my favourite to practice.
"These are currently my most fav practice poi heads.. They have a nice weight to them not too much not too little. They do get battered round a bit and the on/off twist light function does begin to wane after a while but i still love them. great for day or night."
