Fast and great support
"I must say I was amazed at how fast my items came in. After receiving an email saying they've gotten my payment I expected that it'd be a while before I got my items. Instead I got them A LOT faster then expected! The speed of the service.. absolutely amazing! The customer support was brilliant as well. Fast response online and no waiting while on the phone. Fantastic flames!
"I bought a set of these andI must say I think they're absolutely fantastic! If you love poi AND you love big flames then THIS is the item for you! They have great visibility and its bound to turn a few heads and you can get some very interesting visual effects with these. I always find them fun to play with for a twirl and I just love size of the flames that come from it. I use these more then my other poi! Definitely worth it! PS. My suggestions to anyone using these PRACTICE before lighting up! And when you do before lighting up get something to spin them off in - otherwise the fuel will flick everywhere or you can even use some rubber gloves to wring them out slightly. Also please do not stand still with these as the flame can and will travel upwards so if you need to stop either put them out or hand them to someone else to twirl. Happy twirling! =)"

Perfect for glow poi
"These are just wonderful for use with any glow poi. I've attached mine to a pair of LED wand lightsticks and the weight of them is just right. It's not too heavy nor is it too light. I also like the fact that you can adjust the length which is great if you want to make them shorter for a child or longer for an adult. Even when they get tangled they're actually not too bad to untangle which is great. The handles are also a perfect fit with plenty of room for your fingers to go through. If you get a pair of glow poi then make sure you have something like this to use them with. _"

Essential for any twirler
"If you've ever owned any fire twirling equipment that has been in need of repairs then you'll definitely need this. There's a LOT of thread on this thing and I always use it whenever I make my own fire twirling equipment or if I need to repair them. The thread is REALLY durable and it lasts - I used it in the construction of a fire ribbon sewing it all together; I've used that toy quite a few times and the thread is still intact. You can even use it if you want to sew down a particular fold to ensure it remains together before bolting it in place (either poi or staff) it's just so useful! I highly recommend this to ANY twirler out there."

"This is a great VCD a definate must have for all twirlers and twirlers-to-be. It goes through the various aspects of fire safety some things in there that people dont even consider! The interview at the end was great too. It was good that Pele was able to relate her experiences to the current and next generation of twirlers. Im rather pleased with this VCD. The good thing about this is you can play it on your computer or on your DVD player. It's wonderful that Home of Poi have made sure to supply this free! If you're about to order some twirling equipment dont forget your copy of this fire training video!"

"I got these for a friend and she just loves them. They're secure: we've never had an issue of having to worry about a head coming off. The chain connections and handgrips are secure and sturdy. Exactly want you want for your fire equipment - to be as secure and safe (with flames safety is important) as possible. They have a great flame effect though be aware they do take up a fair amount of fuel. Plus being able to choose whatever length you want - its just fantastic! A great price for a great product. Great for own-made cathedrals
"Made some cathedral poi with these and they worked brilliantly. My only concern with these was the pressure of the Kevlar upon it forcing the bolt off the bottom but having two bolts there easily helps solve that issue! Great item."

"I've bought quicklinks from other places before but the stainless steel ones here are simply the best! Had them for a bit now and they still look pretty new. The lustre of the metal doesnt appear to have faded at all. Have yet to use them with fire though. There are rarely issues with them coming undone (unlike some other quicklinks where you have to check them every few minutes) and once tightened - they stay tightened! No need to fear a poi head coming off. Great product."

Light Portable and Convenient
"I like this Handheld Portable Blacklight; its just as the name says! Due to its size it can be easily held in the hand and stored in a small bag. It has a blacklight range of several meters maybe more and the in-built torch has a pretty good lighting range considering the small size. The one flaw I see with the torch is that there is no apparent glass/plastic coverage over the top (so not too sure about the thickness of the glass bulb) but if you were really concerned about it some clear sticky tape on top could work. There's a stand with it as well which is good if you want to set it on the floor switch to blacklight pull out the little stand and have it sitting there pointing towards you whilst spinning the UV equipment. All in all a good product."

Well worth it!
"Got myself a box of 10 definately worth it. They're a lot brighter then what I expected them to be which I think is great. The only thing is that they're rather light-weight so I simply replaced the cords with some 4mm diameter ballchain and that worked nicely. :) You may need to be careful with them as well putting them in a clear tube (about 2mm around the edge) will save them from being broken on impact (plus it'll give it more weight making it easier to spin _~) Or you can use bubble wrap. ;) They're rather good items. Plus they work out the same price as glowsticks which you throw out after a while anyway! These on the other hand are re-usable. ;) A good item even my friends want some now. =P _"
