This is a free event, there will be no charge for camping. There are no utilities, come prepared.

Well I don't know anybody coming from Tulsa that is leaving on Thursday. I do like the idea of all of us getting together a day early though.
Maybe in the future Thursday should be like a small preparty? Keep it small, invite only, get a good chill or downtempo DJ, and just relax for a day before the chaos.

No, Aaron will be playing in Tulsa on Thursday night.
I was thinking in the future though make sure we're completely setup by Thursday night and have a private preparty.
While we're at it we might as well afterparties too
Make it open and use it to fund the next too.

It looks like I'll have thursday off work
If you want me to head up there thursday to help set up I have no qualms getting my hands dirty and I'm not afraid of some hard work
My credentials being my A.S.E certifications in engine/transmission and suspension work, 8 years in construction(working at haunted houses involves building) and my just all around outdoorsy manliness lol

LOL! There isn't much to set up really, a small dodgey building and some tarps. We're just having a wee pre-party more or less. I have more concern with the rubbish laying around and the grass that needs to be sorted out.

I am packing my gear up and preparing to head out. A small reminder, this is a very primitive area. This land is also a gift from the 3 families that live around the land and the Chickasaw Tribe. Please respect it and do not disturb any native artefacts you may come across.

Awesome weekend! Would do it all again in a heartbeat. Refuge and Jared did a fantastic job in pulling this whole thing together. Hopefully we will be able to pull off another one here in Autumn. Good times indeed!
