Okay.. I'm currently staying in a hostel in South Australia- and I currenty have the whole place to myself, after the last other guys left on Sunday.
So.. I'm slobbing round, in my pyjamas just before I go to bed, and decide to have a shower. I go back to my roon to get a towel to discover I locked the door.. First night i have no need for the security, and I lock it.. with my keys, phone, purse, and all my clothes but the pyjamas I'm wearing and my boots on the inside..
Brilliant.
So, as there's no phone in the hostel, I decide to try leg it down to the phone box to try call- reverse charges- the hostel manager, who lives somewhere in the town, I don't know where his house is.
Unfortunately, I only have his mobile number, and either you can't call mobiles reverse charges, or it's switched off, 'cos I can't get through to his, or his wife's phone..
So I phone the police.
They had to call every person with the same surname as him in the area, until they found the manager- who I think was in bed- who then had to come round and let me in..
Do I win an idiot prize?

I was the only person in the hostel.. and I haven't found a single hottie in this town yet- they're all about 40 or so.. or maybe they just look it- it's a famer thing..
I would have just slept on the couch but I had to go work in the morning. *shrug*
