I sort of feel that this forum is the place for organising things, not behind closed doors. Particuarly when quite a few other people are interested and/or involved.

I should PM irinus to say I won't be taking a lift back. I think he'll be happy, he's got one more on the way back anyway. looks like he'll balance his car.

whoa, loads of peeps...

okay, we have indoor space for at least one day, 29th, maybe for the 30th too.

plan is: spin spin spin, force people to do extremely high level workshops, possibly while all participants are moderately drunk.

fire in the evenings down the tunnel.

General recovery on new years eve for more fire spinning, socializing and fire works spinning.

Muchos recovery on new years day, along with restaurant meal maybe?

something like that I guess....

Is the tunnel good wind-shelter or can it be considered a wind-tunnel? (Just so I know how many layers to pack)

More importantly - what are the acoustics like? rolleyes

Oh yeah, will we need to contribute money towards the indoor spinning space?

contributions would be welcome towards the cost of indoor space, yes, also donations to the paraffin fund, the booze fund and the cost of buying nuggets of purest green, to quote blackadder.

Hey guys!

I will most probably come on the 29th (as long as the brakes on my car are fixed by then so I can actually get up to Scotland in the first place)

Would my juggly, but non-spinny friend(s) be able to come for the day too. I don't know if they will be able to, it depends if for instance, my boyfriend is off work that day. Otherwise, its a bit tight of me to go up to see him and then censored off to Edinburgh for the day to desert him.

I'm afraid I probably won't be around for much of the evening stuff, due to the fact I will be based in Glasgow.

Looking forwards to it all... smile

How have I still not seen casino royale or pan's labyrinth?

eek Gay! Go Go Go!

'Pan Labyrinth' is a great film, just warn you that contrary to it being marketed as a full-on fantasy film it's more 75% War film and 25% Fantasy. So don't expect Labyrinth or MirrorMask... I'll tell you one thing, you'll never look at beer bottles the same way again...

'Wouldn't mind going to see 'Casino Royale' at the cinema but my flatmate as erm... 'acquired it'. (Eva Green is on my Top 10 list of 'Maybe Girls' tongue)

Just so I know, what's going on on the 29th? (my ETA)

Can we have a full brochure of events? Or do we have to pay £7 for those? smile
