well rumple.. to answer to your question. YES you can!!! Here's a suggestion: use the glue to glue together the filter tips into something using a blank cd as the base of it. You can use the scissors to cut the filters in smaller pieces, and split them in half. You can add some color by gluing some tobacco as well (it could be used as hair for instance) and pieces of the bottle (if it is colored).
Of course imagination is higly required, which can be difficult when you're bored :P

I would but I end up moving fairly often and I just don't like to move a PC around...plus I have no where to put a desk or a PC tongue

or a fancy moblie phone holder, you could always ue the empty bottle or cut a bit out of the ducks back, depnding on how big it is. if its not heavy enough weigh it down or stick it to a cd biggrin

can i stay in here and come up with things to make rather than clening my housepweeeeeese its much more fun biggrin

RumpleST: A mate of mine once made a small sponge effigy of someone we hoped would one day die by hungry hungry caterpillar.. pasted him to a notice board. We then used two cardboard rolls from rolls of fax paper (office drawer misc junk..) as blowpipes, and then competed with each other making the most effective blowdarts. Final design involved some paper folding, staple twisting, scotch taping, and cutting. Was good for a laugh, and consistently landing headshots (about 2 inch diameter) from around 2 metres, we soon had to draw smaller targets on the guy.. note of caution: if you're sitting back with feet on the table, it might not be a good idea to shoot through them.. ubblol

Good for a laugh and won't get boring if you've got someone who'll go along with it.

PS.
