did you know we apparently eat an average of 8 spiders in our lifetimes, whist we sleep and stuff, so Im guessing some people might swallow moths in their sleep.....mmmmmmmmm

never really saw anything that i ate as weird,
but one of the usual comments i get is that i'm werid/sick/twisted for eating coagulated pig's blood (it's kinda like tofu, but made of blood).

though being chinese, i kinda adhere to an old chinese saying, "anything with 4 legs except a table/chair is edible, anything with 2 legs except a human is edible". (though i think the origial translation of "except a human" might have been "that dosen't stand upright")

I heard a variation on this - The Chinese eat everything with 4 legs except tables and everything that flys excpet aeroplanes.

I bought some russian tipsy cake from a farmers market once, was luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuush but very very sickly if you eat too much.

You can still get sosages made with pig intestines from speacialist butchers, the lining they use these days is synthetic. An yuuum black pudding, theres alot more to it than pigs blooed, theres alot of fillers like weat, flour, onions and things.

Oh and a pheasant curry :O evil! What a waste of a game bird mixing it with all those spices, you want good old fashiond ALE (arrgh) in a pheasent pie, proper food, man food grrr. lol

Eh? no no, if it walks upright on 2 legs it's not edible smile
and although charred/bbq/grilled meat smells absolutely delish, human flesh dosen't... infact it stinks very very badly when burnt... well that's what my friend who was in search & rescue tells me.
