I was just trying to teach myself doubles (not very good yet)
And I tried to spin forward but rotate my arm backwards (I'm still at the stage of spinning randomly to see what I can do) and kept getting stuck.
Tried with both arms and did this and I have no idea what I am doing can anyone explain as I'm totally confused. Thanks

youre spinning...
and then as you come out, you isolate the sticks midway between the two closest ends.

Yep yep. Staff isolations is what you got right therr. Yep yep. Can do it continuously without switching heads too but you got yerself a nice lil weavy variation.
Let's turn those old bridges we crossed into ashes.

try turn 180 while your switching heads too...
have a look at olive's or knoxious's vids to. some lovely isolations in both

Thanks guys Very helpful
I cant even do this properly yet so will stick with it till I move to the more complicated stuff but at least I know where to go from hear when I get it dialled in

When your doing the iso's that your at the mo. Try only lighting one end of each stick. Looks crazy in the dark.

Man staff isolations are sweet - as Ado said though now turn 180 and chuck a few flowers in there

FIRE I'm not ready for FIRE Flowers hang on gurrr I only moved on from getting both sticks spinning without getting stuck on my arms this week.....
give me a few more months then maybe I will be a bit better
