Gathy asked me when the first Clapham is, and we talked about 1st of May?

Anyone up for it?

First Clapham of the year? 1st May. It's a Sunday with a bank holiday Monday after it, so people can play late with no excuse about work on Monday!

ubbangel

Ok... we meet by the bandstand, just go to the bandstand and you'll sure to see people spinning on the grass nearby. About 3pm ish

It just rained here in SW19, but only a bit. Seems to be brightening up again now.

I'll be along as long as its not hammering down... we can always cower in the bandstand if it's showering smile

*fingers crossed*

Edit: I doubt very much that it's going to hail, it's really warm outside my place, and I'm only 3 miles or so from the Common.

Pink is right! We do melt in the rain! But us Londoners are said to take risks when tempted by chocolate! And I've heard there just might be a big bag of revels (Mmmmm, coffee ones) there! I'm gonna run the risk for sure!

I got no Froggette/Skulduggery hugs... *pouts*

There again I think I also missed my chance of a Pink hug at the end, so I should just pay more attention really.

As I was lounging around on the grass this afternoon, I did notice one thing... I was surrounded by cute girls. Is there some kind of minimum attractiveness requirement for females before they let you on HoP? tongue Seriously, a round of applause for the ladies of HoP, who are extremely nice to sit and watch on a sunny day.

There was also some fine juggling, some cool poi and staff, and some extremely entertaining 'getting things out of trees' biggrin

When do we do it again? Next time I'll remember to keep an eye out for potentially claimable hugs smile

I had a great time there too - meeting new people and having a couple of spins. I used my real name - Bertie, so some of you know who I am on here now. Got a couple of burns from doing lots of stops, including that nasty one on my right bicep. A bit stingy, but healing quite nicely. Altoghter worth it! Definitely will come again!

Durbs - I was the last to leave in the end, and I shone a torch over the area, but nothing seemed to be there, I'm afraid. Not sure what happened to it.

Was quite a good one. We ended up mixing up 2bags, strugz and frodo.(on purpose) - don't ask biggrin.

Yup that was a quality day- I was duly hugged, rehugged and hugged for the road by Miss Frogette, so no worries there Skully smile

Lightning thinks he may have left his contact ball (not sure if it was an acrylic or what) lying around- not confirmed though.

Great to see everyone- I haven't been around long enough to see 'old' faces, but it was nice catching up with some familiar faces from Falmouth as well as putting names to faces (Sir Sheep is a girl!?! quite..)

More please biggrin
