Eepp...I am so stressed out. I have my very first Auslan (Australian Sign Language) Exam today and though I know that I am fully prepared I am still scared stiff.

Has anyone got any suggestions to dull my nervousness?

Do something that calms you down. Spinning, hanging out with friends, music.. whatever. Keep your mind away from nervousness because that's likely what your biggest problem will be anyway.

Loads of luck to you for the exam smile

Glad I could help.

I also would like to say that I think it's awesome that you're learning sign language. Great skill to have! Props to you!

Keep saying "This time tomorrow it will all be over..."

And if you screw up "In a hundred years who's going to care..."

And if you do well "WAHOO!!! DRINKS ON ME!"

There is a slight possibility that I am not actually right all of the time.

Yeah this is my first semester in Auslan. So essentially this is my first exam.

It's my sixth language that I am learning.

It's one of my favourite past times besides poi. I like to learn languages.

You should do it someday. Not necessarily now...but it is a great language.

Malaysian - Similar to Indonesian but I learnt that through university

Javanese, Arabic - Through my exchange in Indonesia (went to a Moslem school so they spoke a bit of Arabic and lived on the island of Java)

English - Born and raised in Australia.

Auslan - Through Technical College where I work.

Thai - A friend I know who speaks it fluently is teaching me.
