I don't think this is a gun issue in any case. The security guard actively followed this kid against the instructions of the emergency responder dispatcher.
Personally, I believe that it isn't a matter of what law to prosecute the man under. I believe it is a matter of the wider implications it will have. It reaches into the way law enforcement itself will be held accountable for their actions during responses.

there seems to be more movement in the thing, protests going on and such... again lots of people jumping on the racism train... ._.
