Welcome Paco, who we rescued. He's 17 lbs of a lot of poodle mixed with...well, have a guess (Westie? Lhasa?)

(second image is my partner holding him)

He's sweet. He's loving. He's totally harmless. He gets along great with other dogs and people. He rarely barks (but when he does, it's shrill!). He's not eating much, but he *loooves* his treats. And he keeps piddling in the house, which we'll have to fix. But he doesn't piddle in our room or in his crate.

Well the man who is holding the dog is sweet. He's loving. He's totally harmless. He gets along great with other people and dogs. He doesn't bark at all. He eats a TON and he LOOOVES his treats (chocolate). He doesn't piddle in the house (well except for in the toilet). He does, however, jump up on me when I come home and lick my face (no joke... he does!)

Noooo... that's my partner. He has been known to pin me down and lick my face. He's my annoying big little brother that I never had. I also love him more than life itself.

So yesterday, Paco had his first vet appointment where he was declared healthy, other than the fact that he'll need a root canal and cap for a broken incisor.

When we came home, he ran to the back door and then, finding it closed, came back to get me. I let him out and he immediately ran into the yard and peed/pooped. Dog's apparently housebroken...after 3 days.

He did get confused at the vet's office and try to go inside. But that's because they had this Christmas tree... laugh3

hehe, Dogs never know what to make of Christmas Trees and wood inside.

Our dogs are forever after the firewood... but only when we're there for some reason
