That kind of stupidity seems like it came straight out of a South Park episode.
Now thinking about it, once the HAARP conspiracy becomes more well-known by general public, we will probably see this in a South Park episode.

It sounds like she started out with a chemtrails conspiracy theory but somehow got the directions reversed and threw in HAARP because it was trendy at the time.
It would have been amusing to see some reptilians thrown in there just for good measure, oh yea, and 9/11 because it's dying out except for the super-mega-stupendous-solgel-ultrathermite idea that's currently being kicked around, and kicked to death.
